About the Role
You will join the Customer Service Sales Department as a Sales and Customer Relations Executive, focusing on developing and strengthening our services sales structure in the Turkish market.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and tailored sales approaches.
- Conduct thorough analysis of installed base data to identify new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor activity.
About You
You should be an experienced sales professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
What You Need To Be Successful
- Fluency in English and Turkish. Italian is considered a valuable asset.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- A proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.
- Comfortable traveling 50% within Türkiye and occasionally to HQ in Italy.
