Job DescriptionThe Partner Supervisor is responsible for the partner onboarding process, maintaining strong relationships with partners, and ensuring seamless communication between partners and TEKCE agents. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and proficiency in CRM infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities- Establish Primary Point of Contact: Develop and maintain regular communication with partners.
- Bridge Between Partners and TEKCE Agents: Facilitate collaboration and coordination between partners and TEKCE teams.
- Partner Journey Updates: Regularly review and update partner interactions.
- Support International Events: Collaborate with TEKCE teams to prepare for international fairs and roadshows.
- CRM Infrastructure Familiarity: Proficiency in using customer relationship management systems.
- Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Strong skills in resolving conflicts and persuading others.
- Work Efficiency and Quality Standards: Maintain high levels of productivity and quality in work.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions.
- Languages: English and Polish
Salary and Commission Structure
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday (08:30 - 18:00), Saturday (10:00 - 15:00)
