We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth through exceptional service delivery and upselling additional services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships to drive business growth
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue, provide excellent support to clients, and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Present business development plans to senior management to secure funding and resources
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of customer service or account management experience required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Proven track record in client retention, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
