- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success, account management, or strategic consulting
- Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking, including English and your native language
- A high sense of responsibility and accountability
- Excellent project management skills and a strategic thinking approach
