
Commercial Development Representative

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Representative who will drive business growth and commercial development for Nilfisk in the Ankara Region / Black Sea region.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Set individual and team sales goals, monitor progress, and adjust plans accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions with our cleaning equipment.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
Product Knowledge and Support:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our cleaning equipment and services to effectively promote their benefits.
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to address customer inquiries or issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in the cleaning equipment sector or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and MS Office.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the sales territory.
