Job OverviewThe Partner Supervisor plays a vital role in the partner onboarding process and maintains strong relationships with existing partners. This role is responsible for establishing primary points of contact, facilitating communication between partners and TEKCE agents, and updating partner journeys.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Primary Point of Contact: Develop and maintain open lines of communication with partners.
- Facilitate Bridge between Partners and TEKCE Agents: Ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Update Partner Journeys: Regularly review and update partner interactions.
- Support International Fairs and Roadshows: Collaborate with TEKCE teams to prepare for events.
- Familiarity with CRM Infrastructure: Proficiency in using customer relationship management systems.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Negotiation and Objection Handling: Strong skills in conflict resolution and persuasion.
- Work Efficiency and Commitment to High Standards: Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in work.
- Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Polish
Salary + Commission
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08:30 - 18:00), Saturday (10:00 - 15:00)
