Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Engine Business Developer to join our team at Perkins Power TK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our new diesel engines to OEMs customers.

About the Role

Your main mission is to develop and execute a comprehensive engine sales strategy in collaboration with our Country Manager. This will involve defining market opportunities, managing relationships with key customers, and driving business growth through effective sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an engine sales strategy aligned with company goals
  • Manage relationships with key customers, including OEMs and distributors
  • Drive business growth through effective sales operations and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong commercial background, ideally with experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Technical expertise in diesel engines and heavy machinery
