Job Overview

The Sales Performance Leader will be responsible for driving commercial finance excellence across the Power of One Supermarket Channel, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely channel-based net revenue plan and monthly target setting.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support the development of Power of One Supermarket Channel Algorithm Model.
  • Execute annual discount & allowances budget target for Supermarket channel teaming up with Sales team for category specific discount & allowances.
  • Discount & allowances Optimization per customer according to segmentation.
Qualifications
  1. 4-6 years of experience in finance or commercial finance, with deep expertise in Sales Finance, Net Revenue Management, P&L management, and channel profitability management.
  2. Strong ability to analyze complex data, extract key insights, and translate them into high-level storylines and actionable execution plans.
  3. Strong financial and analytical skills to manage both operational and strategic agendas.
  4. A strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets with a performance-driven mindset.
