Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the Turkey Sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute a country-specific sales strategy, aligning with our global goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales initiatives and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations.
  • Report directly to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations for market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to ensure our competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong track record in managing sales teams, achieving targets, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
  • Fluency in both English and Turkish.
