
Global Sales Leader

We are a dynamic and innovative company providing cutting-edge technology solutions across various industries. As we expand our operations in Turkey, we are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to spearhead our Turkey Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and mentor the Turkey Sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute a country-specific sales strategy, aligning with our global goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients and partners.
- Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales initiatives and performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations.
- Report directly to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations for market expansion and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to ensure our competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- Strong track record in managing sales teams, achieving targets, and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
- Fluency in both English and Turkish.
