Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to engage with prospective customers and drive business growth.
  2. Manage existing distributors in the region, focusing on revenue enhancement and expansion.
  3. Cultivate strategic partnerships across industries, including automotive, capital equipment, and energy sectors.
  4. Ensure effective implementation of a customer-centric approach, guaranteeing product specification into key decision-makers.
  5. Contribute to the development of the brand image in the region through successful sales and marketing initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a University Degree in Materials, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering (or Welding Engineer), holding at least 5 years of experience in welding sales. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be an expert in project management, and possess strong knowledge of the English language.
