About the Role

Foster strong relationships with customers in Turkey, driving innovation and success through strategic business development.

This role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach to map accounts, connect product offerings with customer needs, and build long-term relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining key Aerospace, Defense, Research accounts & Automotive ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Managing and growing the geographical market in Turkey, focusing on acquiring new customers and growing market share in line with strategic goals.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for distributors, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment to maximize growth opportunities and drive partners pro-actively.
  • Identifying customer needs and mapping them to product solutions, working closely with Application Engineers to technically qualify opportunities.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a similar technical field.
  • Several years of successful sales experience, particularly in high-tech sectors like Aerospace, Defense, and Research.
  • A strong understanding of Test & Measurement Equipment and the ability to translate technical product details into compelling customer solutions.
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing deals in a competitive environment.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with customers at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish is required.
