Your Key Responsibilities

In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that every dish that leaves our restaurant meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. This includes:

  1. Leading a team of skilled chefs in the preparation and presentation of meals;
  2. Developing and implementing new menu items and recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting;
  3. Managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels;
  4. Collaborating with our chefs de cuisine to create innovative dishes that showcase the best of Mediterranean and international cuisine;
  5. Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
About You

We are seeking an experienced and passionate culinary professional who shares our commitment to excellence. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Globally-recognized culinary qualifications and a degree in Hotel and Catering Management (an advantage);
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a relevant position, with 4 years of supervisory experience;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team;
  • Strong knowledge of menu planning, recipe development, and cost control principles.
