As a Sales Leader - Fleet at Otokoç Automotive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's overall success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet annual targets, focusing on branches and aligning with company goals.
  • Mentor fleet sales personnel in setting monthly targets, planning customer visits, and tracking business performance.
  • Collaborate with the Service Department to ensure efficient sales collection processes.
  • Identify new fleet customers through data analysis, maintaining up-to-date customer information in the database.
  • Foster strong relationships with potential customers through regular interactions and site visits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in the automotive industry, preferably in fleet sales, with 3 years in managerial positions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, knowledge of vehicle sales techniques, and functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically, and build systems.
  • Knowledge of business and finance, excellent written and verbal English skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
