  • Sorumlu olduğun illerde bulunan VRF - Big Output Kazan projelerinin takibini yaparak teknik kontrolleri gerçekleştirecek, projelendirme süreçlerini yönetecek ve VRF fiyat prosedürüne uygun şekilde fiyatlandırma ve satış işlemlerini yürütecek,
  • Sorumlu olduğun illerde rakip analizleri ve benchmark çalışmaları yaparak toplu iş pazarını tanımlayacak, pazar payının artırılmasına yönelik aksiyonları belirleyerek hayata geçirecek,
  • Vaillant tarafından dağıtım kanalına yönelik sunulan yeni finansal uygulamaları ve şirket politikalarını VRF yetkili satıcılara ve portföy firmalarına zamanında aktararak uygulamalarını sağlayacaksın.
  • İnşaat, proje ve mekanik tesisat firmalarıyla iş birliği yaparak yeni müşteriler kazandıracak ve mevcut portföyü etkin bir şekilde yönetecek,
  • Sistem çözümleri müşterilerinin satış öncesi ve satış süreçlerini yöneterek müşteri beklentilerini karşılayacak ve süreçlerin etkin ilerlemesini sağlayacak,
  • VRF yetkili satıcılarının ve portföy firmalarının finansal risk yönetimini yaparak belirlenen risk hedeflerine uygun şekilde finansal kredi süreçlerini yönetecek,
  • Düzenli ziyaret planları oluşturarak inşaat, mekanik tesisat ve proje firmalarıyla ilişkileri yönetecek, şirket stratejileri doğrultusunda müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı faaliyetleri gerçekleştireceksin.
  • Proje müşterilerinin taleplerini ve şikayetlerini değerlendirerek çözüme kavuşturacak, müşteri ilişkilerini güçlendirecek,
  • VRF projelerinin ilgili programlar (AutoCAD vb.) aracılığıyla çizim süreçlerini yönetecek ve projelendirme için gerekli ısı kayıp/kazanç hesaplarını yapacak,
  • Talimatlar doğrultusunda Salesforce sistemine ilgili girişleri zamanında yaparak süreçlerin eksiksiz ilerlemesini sağlayacak,
  • Türkiye VRF pazarını sistematik olarak takip ederek analiz ve raporlamalarını gerçekleştirecek,
  • Sorumluluk alanınla ilgili olarak bölge müdürü/yöneticisi tarafından talep edilen satış, kârlılık ve projelerle ilgili raporları hazırlayarak yönetime sunacaksın.

Üniversitelerin Makine, Enerji, Sistem, Metalurji ya da Endüstri Mühendisliği bölümlerindeki lisans dereceniz şirketimizde heyecan verici fırsatların kapısını aralayabilir, En az Intermediate düzeyde İngilizce bilgisi ile uluslararası arenada da kendinizi ifade edebilir, Müşteri odaklı yaklaşım deneyimi, en az 2-4 yıl VRF Satış tecrübesi, sonuç odaklılık, güçlü iletişim, analitik düşünebilme, problem çözme becerileri ile dinamik ekibimize katılma şansını elde edebilir, B sınıf ehliyete sahip olmanızla süreçlerimize katkı sağlarken mevcut gelişim fırsatlarını görüp gerekli aksiyonları alarak şirketimize değer katabilir, AutoCAD ve MS Office tecrübeleriniz ile teknolojik yetkinliklerinizi gösterebilirsiniz.
