For our sales team we are looking for a Junior Sales Account Manager to joinour office in Cayirova KocaeliIstanbul – Turkey.

Your role:

  • Identify and pursue new salesopportunities in the private and commercial markets.
  • Build and maintain closerelationships with your customer portfolio to increase sales opportunities andcustomer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessmentsand provide customised elevator solutions based on customer needs and projectspecifications.
  • Prepare and submit compelling salespresentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close salesto meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • You will keep abreast of industrytrends, competitor activity and technological advances to effectively positionour products.
  • You will provide excellent customerservice throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and fosterlong-term relationships.
  • You will work with production andinstallation teams to ensure smooth project execution and customersatisfaction.
  • You are legitimised to work inTurkey. Our office is located in Cayirova Kocaeli – Istanbul.
  • Proven track record in sales,preferably in the elevator, construction or related industries.
  • General understanding of elevatorsystems, technology and market dynamics.
  • Communication, negotiation andpresentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintainrelationships with a diverse customer base.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented andable to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good language skills in Turkish andEnglish are required. Other languages (Arabic, French, Russian, etc.) are anadvantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP software andMicrosoft Office Suite.
