
SME Base Sales Executive

Responsibilities- Set strategies to reach overall company goals and manage, train & focus sales teams towards those goals and vision of the company in the assigned region (İzmir).
- Lead digital transformation projects to increase efficiency and effectiveness of SME Base customers in the assigned region (İzmir).
- Design workflows and manage sales organizations & partners by KPI criteria prepared by the company and execute them considering profitability objectives of the sales organization in the assigned region (İzmir).
- Manage base sales executives within his/her territory.
- Be responsible for ensuring the executives and their respective sales markets meet and exceed all sales, operational, and performance objectives by providing training, development, and coaching.
- Set the sales strategies within the assigned territory in line with company sales and overall strategies.
- Ensure that the assigned sectors and customers are fully utilized in terms of Vodafone products and services (i.e., mobile, fixed, and solutions).
- Work closely with solution sales teams to generate sales opportunities in base customers.
- Ensure sales teams are motivated and that accounts and opportunities are allocated to maximize revenue growth.
- Ensure diversity and attrition targets within sales teams are met.
- Guarantee the team's compliance with Sales methods & tools (i.e., SFDC quality) to ensure alignment with other teams and functions.
- University degree.
- Experience in the Telecommunication sector and sales (especially in the field of fixed solutions).
- Minimum 6+ years experience in sales.
- Ability to think strategically and drive transformational sales programs for the team.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Able to deal with a rapidly changing environment and lead change where necessary.
- Capable of working on projects in a matrix organization.
