Role Description:

The Account Manager for SAP Sales will focus on prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing SAP-based solutions to both new and existing customers. This role brings a consultative approach to customer engagement, leveraging Atos' SAP service portfolio to address client challenges and deliver value-driven solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an Account Manager expert in SAP Sales, you will:

  • Develop Business Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring client needs are met with SAP solutions and services.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed annual quota targets by promoting Atos' SAP offerings and expanding customer portfolios.
  • Strategize for Success: Create and implement effective account plans to drive sustainable growth. Leverage relationships to align SAP solutions with client strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline planning, ensuring a continuous flow of opportunities through marketing, solution teams, and partners.
  • Lead Territory and Accounts: Oversee designated accounts, manage client relationships, and lead sales cycles to close SAP service deals.
  • Solution Selling: Analyze client requirements, collaborate with solution architects and bid managers, and present tailored SAP-based proposals.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the face of Atos for clients, aiming for all accounts to become Atos references.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
  • SAP Expertise: 10+ years of experience in selling SAP solutions or complex IT service solutions.
  • Consultative Sales Ability: Strong aptitude for understanding customer needs and aligning them with SAP products and services.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a results-driven environment.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate high-stakes discussions.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, including solution architects and bid managers.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Turkish is essential.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with the ability to provide exceptional experiences.
