Job Overview

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Manager to join its MENA team. This individual will be responsible for recruiting and launching online sellers on Amazon's marketplace, while helping them expand and grow their businesses by partnering with Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and Launch Sellers: Identify and onboard new selling partners, providing data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon.
  • Enable Selling Partners: Work closely with new sellers, educating them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
  • Achieve Business Objectives: Drive the growth of Amazon's third-party business, achieving business and financial objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Economics, Engineering, or related degree.
  • Sales Experience: Managing large accounts, with a strong track record of success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Turkish, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
