About This Role

This role is responsible for promoting and selling all the facilities available at Grand Hyatt Istanbul through a well-defined solicitation program to ensure maximum exposure and cluster sales productivity.

The ideal candidate will deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times. They will also provide the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to other employees (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.
