Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Channel Sales Engineer for Building Management Systems. As a key player in our BMS & Controls portfolio, you will report directly to the Associate Director in Dubai and be responsible for delivering sales targets in Turkey and Caspian countries.

This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering sales within multinational companies. You will work closely with Channel Partners to identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities, building long-term partnerships and customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering and at least 5 years of sales experience within Turkey in the BMS & Controls portfolio. Fluency in English and proficiency in using Salesforce are also essential skills for this role.

In return for your expertise and dedication, Johnson Controls offers a competitive salary package estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
