Johnson Controls is a leading provider of solutions for the built environment. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Channel Sales Engineer to join our team in İstanbul, focusing on driving sales growth and expanding our indirect business across the Marmara Region.
The Role
In this key role, you will leverage your strategic expertise and knowledge of Applied Products to drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, deliver results, and enhance relationships with our partners to boost sales and service quality.
You will analyze market information (prices, volume, growth, competitor actions, etc.) and propose a growth action plan for the territory to executive management.
This is an excellent opportunity to thrive in a company culture that values your voice and ideas, with a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs in Turkey
- Track record of meeting sales targets and managing sales teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders, consultants, and owners
- Independent, innovative, strategic thinker, and able to perform under pressure
