Technical Sales Professional for VRF Systems

About the Role
Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Professional to join our team in Istanbul. This exciting opportunity involves driving direct channel sales across the Marmara region, utilizing your in-depth technical knowledge of VRF systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Sell and service customers within assigned channel accounts, driving product revenue and achieving sales goals.
- Navigate complex sales processes from converting inquiries into sales, following up on quotations, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as mechanical contractors, general contractors, and engineering consultants.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Preferably 3 years of experience in sales, design, or field roles within VRF, DX Products in HVAC, and/or pumps.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good financial understanding.
- Fluent in English.
- An active B class driver's license.
Desired Qualifications
A comprehensive technical and operational knowledge of the HVAC industry is an asset.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits.
