Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Channel Sales Engineer to expand our sales network through channel partners for the Applied Products business in İstanbul, Turkey.

This key role reports directly to the Sales Director - Applied Products for the Middle East and Africa region, focusing on indirect business growth. As a Senior Channel Sales Engineer, you will drive sales and business expansion for our HVAC product portfolio, specifically Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.

You will leverage your strategic expertise and knowledge of Applied Products to deliver results, enhance relationships with partners, and boost sales and service quality. Your analytical skills will help analyze market information and propose growth action plans for the territory to executive management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs in Turkey
  • Track record of meeting sales targets and managing sales teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders, consultants, and owners
  • Independent, innovative, strategic thinker, and able to perform under pressure
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $80,000-$100,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Johnson Controls offers a competitive compensation package that includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
