Rhodes Wolfe is a commercial cleaning services company seeking a relationship-driven Sales Relationship Manager to join their tight-knit team in the Metro Atlanta area.

The ideal candidate will oversee a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while building strong, long-lasting relationships. Responsibilities include:

  1. Regular site visits to build and maintain client relationships
  2. Overseeing service delivery teams and coordinating operations
  3. Conducting quality inspections and implementing improvements
  4. Upselling additional services and ensuring contract renewals
  5. Identifying and resolving customer service issues proactively
  6. Maintaining detailed service records and communications
  7. Coordinating between cleaning crews and clients
  8. Conducting site inspections to maintain service quality
  9. Overseeing subcontractor performance and ensuring compliance with company standards
  10. Managing territory planning and route optimization
  11. Creating and presenting account retention plans to senior management

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of customer service or account management experience, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess a proven track record in client retention. Additionally, problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly address client concerns are essential. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are also required.
