
Inside Sales Business Development

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Business Development professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a customer portfolio in accordance with Trade, KAM, and the line.
Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling all Group products, non-maritime products, tools, and services (e.g., eCommerce, intermodal, value-added products, value-added services, contract logistics, supply chain services, etc.) & making sales leads through the CRM system. You will also contribute to the fulfillment of the Commercial Actions Plan by gaining and supporting customer loyalty, developing new traffic through your knowledge of the market and/or product, and managing a dedicated customer portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell all Group products, non-maritime products, tools, and services (e.g., eCommerce, intermodal, value-added products, value-added services, contract logistics, supply chain services, etc.) & make sales leads through the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the continued success of the business.
