Top-Level Administrative Support Specialist

As an Executive Assistant at Iyzico, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and contribute to the company's mission of simplifying complex payment processes.
Key Responsibilities- Communication and Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
- Process Efficiency: Manage and oversee all internal processes related to stakeholders, optimizing business and personal tasks for maximum productivity.
- Calendar Organization: Organize and manage complex calendars, prioritizing commitments to optimize time and productivity, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Event Planning and Execution: Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and teleconferences for the executive, ensuring smooth logistics and successful outcomes.
- Administrative Support: Handle all administrative support functions, including document organization, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements.
- Travel and Accommodation: Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, being open to traveling when required, and ensuring seamless execution of travel plans.
- Information Exchange: Ensure timely and accurate information flow to facilitate effective communication and decision-making, promoting transparency and collaboration within the team.
- Education and Background: Graduated from relevant departments of universities, possessing excellent academic credentials and relevant professional experience.
- Language Proficiency: Possess a good command of English, enabling effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Top Executive Assistant, demonstrating expertise and proficiency in the role.
- Technical Skills: Ability to use MS Office programs effectively, leveraging software applications to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and representation skills, strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills, and excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
