Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales offices, tour agencies, tour operators, and Travel Management Companies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure seamless customer service delivery across all touchpoints.
- Present insightful analytical reports to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Finance, Marketing, or Economics.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with aviation industry trends and economics.
- Understanding of the tourism market and its dynamics.
- Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems such as Amadeus and TravelSky.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Russian is an asset.
