Job Description:This role is focused on developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the Turkish and Cypriot markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve market penetration and increase market share in the Turkish and Cypian regions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Sales Operations: Optimize financial performance and drive sales operational excellence by managing current channels and defining more sales channels.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to define market sizes, market share, competition mapping & analysis, customer mapping & analysis, and technical & commercial benchmarking.
- Educational Background: Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with proven experience in a similar position.
- Professional Skills: Pricing, Sales Technical & behavior Skills, Negotiation and contracting skills, Sales Strategy, Customer relationship, Customer and business development.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, global team player.
