The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Flights team in Istanbul as an Airline Business Development Manager. As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing and growing local, regional, and global airline relationships, driving passenger travel to and from Türkiye.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing strategic partnerships with local and international airlines
  • Collaborating with internal departments to influence market strategy for flights
  • Negotiating and contracting airline content and commercials
  • Driving commercial growth and expansion of the Trip.com business
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in airline or travel agency sales and marketing
  • Deep knowledge of various content and markets served from Türkiye
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
