Main Accountabilities- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on the US food packaging market.
- Customer Relations: Nurture and develop existing customer and distributor relationships.
- New Customer Engagement: Identify and engage high-value customers to expand the customer base and increase sales volume.
- Regional Expansion: Drive business expansion initiatives within the assigned region.
- Exhibition Participation: Participate in international trade exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and create new business opportunities.
- Background: Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the food packaging industry.
- Market Awareness: Experienced in the US market and skilled in business development within this region.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English.
- Travel Capability: Freely travel internationally.
- Personal Qualities: Results-driven, effective communicator, and skilled negotiator.
