Role Overview

The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and ongoing support.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building activities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress toward sales targets.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the enterprise software sector.
  • Strong understanding of ERP technology and ability to articulate its value proposition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels within an organization.
