We are Wide and Wise, a forward-thinking organization dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an integral part of our team, you will take on the vital role of Client Success Manager, driving process improvements and client satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to match clients with suitable freelancers, ensuring optimal project outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our freelancer community, promoting collaboration and engagement.
- Promote client success by providing expert guidance and support, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate client feedback and satisfaction regularly, implementing targeted initiatives to boost loyalty.
- Address client concerns promptly to uphold high customer satisfaction standards.
- Implement process enhancements, optimize workflows, and improve platform usability through automation and optimization techniques.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions, opportunities, and deals, ensuring accurate data and integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, underpinned by a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to stay informed about industry trends, products, and technologies, integrating them into operational processes.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- A solution-focused mindset, combined with analytical thinking and efficient process management.
- Collaborative team player with a growth-oriented attitude.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in a startup environment or familiarity with startup culture is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days per week spent at our office.
