Leasing & Marketing Position

We are seeking an experienced Leasing & Marketing Professional to join our team. This individual will oversee the leasing of apartments and assist with resident relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues. Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Managing all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, and ensuring a smooth move-in.
  • Greeting clients, assessing their needs, answering questions, and providing tours of the apartments and community.
  • Processing applications, preparing and reviewing lease agreements, and renewals.
  • Responding to inquiries, which includes providing leasing information, making appointments, and creating and following up with maintenance requests.
  • Assisting with completing reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
  • Receiving deposits and rent money, and recording appropriately.
Requirements

The qualifications for this role are as follows:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • A customer service focus with the ability to be a strong team player is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is required.
  • The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner is crucial.
  • A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.
  • The ability to tour the community with clients, which includes walking the property and climbing stairs, is necessary.
