Role Description

This Senior Back Office Professional will be responsible for resolving customer complaints from senior management, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a result-oriented working approach, with high-level communication and negotiation abilities.

This role requires adaptability to a fast-paced working environment and flexible working hours, as well as proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer complaints from senior management

• Develop and implement processes for customer complaint handling

• Receive, review, and respond to THH complaints via the Ketsis system

• Collaborate on project follow-ups and process improvements

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Strong analytical thinking and result-driven approach

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
