The Group has a strong distribution and multi-brand retail net with two sophisticated boutiques under the name of Tourbillon and Hour Passion. Swatch Group is also an important player in advanced nanomechanical, nano electronic and Bluetooth technologies essential to watchmaking and other industries.
We are looking for Customer Care Specialist for our RADO brand.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of customer complaints,
- Respond to customer specific enquiries by telephone, e-mail,
- Ensure that calls are answered in conformity to defined company standards,
- Log customer enquiries by e-mail, telephone,
- Processing and follow up on repair orders,
- Processing and follow up on estimate requests,
- Ensure that deadline and response timeframes are respected,
- Daily maintenance of filing and general administration tasks,
- Defend interests of the Swatch Group on the market,
- Collaborate with the logistics and technical departments in order to be advised about eventual delays,
- Manage customer interaction and ensure that they are suitably dealt with and followed-up,
- Ensure the homogeneous information spread to the customers,
- Monitor phone call frequency, waiting time, customer complaints.
Requirements:
- University Degree,
- 2 years of experience in the position,
- Fluency in English,
- Analytical, communication and problem solving skills,
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
