We are currently looking for a Nestle Trade Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive trade marketing strategy to drive business growth.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and retailers to promote our products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Manage distributors to ensure sales targets are met while optimizing resources and maintaining desired stock levels.
  • Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the sales force to align with company targets through daily and weekly performance tracking.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree, minimum 2 years of sales experience, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
