As a Brand Specialist at Amazon, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction for your assigned brands. Your role will involve working closely with vendors to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing plans to increase sales and market share.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, sales, or business development, with experience working with e-commerce platforms and digital retail solutions. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights-driven recommendations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction for assigned brands.
  2. Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors to identify opportunities for improvement and implement plans to increase sales and market share.
  3. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze complex data to develop insights-driven recommendations for improving brand performance and driving growth.
  4. Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence initiatives to reduce costs, defects, lead times, and improve stock management in fulfillment centers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or related field.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English (minimum C1 level).
  • Professional experience after graduation in Marketing, Sales, Buying, Project Management, Supply Chain, or Consulting.
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of another language.
