Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR Services team as a Digital HR Transformation Lead, responsible for driving process efficiency, improving employee experience, and developing innovative solutions using technology. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of HR at Vodafone Group.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance employee experience.
  2. Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees in digital tools and platforms.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR systems and processes.
  4. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve HR service delivery.
  5. Provide thought leadership on HR transformation and digitalization initiatives.
  6. Maintain and improve HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
  7. Collaborate with the HR Business Partnering team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  8. Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate HR strategies and initiatives.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on digital transformation and process improvement.
  • Proven track record of driving HR process efficiency and innovation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with HRIS, ERP, and other HR systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and HR metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
