Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our RBS-VSP team at MyGwork - LGBTQ+ Business Community. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for managing vendors for Amazon Retail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging directly with Amazon's vendors, collaborating with multiple internal teams, and driving vendor growth on the platform. You will leverage your negotiation skills and cross-functional expertise to enhance the performance of our vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  1. Vendor Collaboration: Engage directly with Amazon's vendors and collaborate with multiple internal teams to drive vendor growth on Amazon's platform.
  2. Performance Enhancement: Leverage your negotiation skills and cross-functional expertise to enhance the performance of our vendor partnerships.
  3. Metrics and Deliverables: Success will be measured by the performance of your task and deliverables on input metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced level of English and Turkish
  • Sales or account management experience
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey key insights from complex analysis in business terms to both internal and external
