Job Overview

The Customer Support Representative provides excellent customer experiences while managing the logistical flow and aspects of sales support operations. This role involves coordinating order fulfillment, managing sales support activities, coordinating logistics with internal teams, resolving inquiries, and ensuring the smooth flow of trade operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Service:
  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide support solutions for sales, logistics, and basic financial matters.
Sales Support & Reporting:
  1. Assist the sales team in preparing quotes and handling customer accounts.
  2. Analyze sales data and provide insights to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  3. Support Sales Managers and Account Managers with excellent ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced trade environment.
Order Management:
  1. Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  2. Monitor order status and resolve any issues related to delays, inventory, or shipping.
Logistics Coordination:
  1. Oversee shipment planning, tracking, and delivery schedules.
  2. Work with freight forwarders, carriers, and custom brokers to inform clients accordingly.
