Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Driving adoption and retention through proactive engagement with partners,
- Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring they receive maximum benefit from our services,
- Collaborating closely with Customer Success Specialists and Account Managers, and serving as the primary point of contact for partners,
- Coordinating efforts to maintain high adoption rates and drive value recognition,
- Developing tailored solutions based on partner needs, providing guidance on optimal product usage, and facilitating training and support.
