Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
  1. Driving adoption and retention through proactive engagement with partners,
  2. Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring they receive maximum benefit from our services,
  3. Collaborating closely with Customer Success Specialists and Account Managers, and serving as the primary point of contact for partners,
  4. Coordinating efforts to maintain high adoption rates and drive value recognition,
  5. Developing tailored solutions based on partner needs, providing guidance on optimal product usage, and facilitating training and support.
