Executive Assistant to Tribe Lead ING Analytics
We pride ourselves on our professional, supportive, and dynamic environment. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Tribe Lead of ING Analytics COO. This role is based in our Türkiye Hub and involves working within a dynamic, global organization. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Tribe Lead's daily activities and contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the Tribe Lead's calendar, scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assess priority, sensitivity and purpose of meetings, travel requests and day-to-day activities.
- Issue reminders for appointments & follow up on action points.
- Record, organize and manage incoming and outgoing calls and written communication.
- Respond to queries, arrange for the manager to respond to queries or forward queries to the appropriate person in the organization.
- Act as the point of contact and maintain internal and external contacts.
- Provide organizational, logistical, general and technical support in relation to business travel, meetings, media, conferences, seminars, receptions and anniversaries.
- Organize off sites and team events.
- Take care of the administrative handling of Workday, Ibuy and E-profit, One-Identity, MyWorkplace in accordance with existing compliance rules.

Furthermore, you have:
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
- 5+ years of relevant experience within a secretarial role. Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus.
- High level of organizational awareness and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills, combined with cultural sensitivity, in order to work in a diverse environment.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- An extended screening (CSI) is part of the hiring process.
