Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage and oversee all internal processes related to stakeholders, assisting with both business and personal tasks.
  • Organize and manage complex calendars, prioritizing commitments to optimize time and productivity.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and teleconferences for the executive.
  • Handle all administrative support functions, including document organization and meeting preparation.
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements and be open to traveling when required.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information flow to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for internal & external meetings including developing meeting agendas, writing minutes, and distributing key documents to meeting attendees.
Qualifications
  • Graduated from relevant departments of universities.
  • Good command of English.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Top Executive Assistant.
  • Ability to use MS Office programs effectively.
  • Strong communication and representation skills.
  • Strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills.
