Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and industries that align with DTCloud's cloud services
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Work closely with the technical and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth solution delivery
  • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to position DTCloud's solutions effectively
  • Leads conversations with strategic/high-potential customers along with account teams or partners
  • Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
  • Develop and present customized cloud solutions that address clients' specific needs
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring profitability for DTCloud
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and demonstrations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with company goals
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product updates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipelines and forecasts
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and document all sales activities and customer interactions
  • Share insights and feedback from the field to contribute to the development of new solutions and services

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience and proven track record of exceeding sales targets in cloud sales, preferably with a Cloud Service Provider
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales forecasting tools
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Fluency in English
