We're looking for a curious, hands-on, and analytically strong team member to join our Strategy & Business Development team.

In this role, you'll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and drive strategic alignment across the organization. You'll tackle real business problems, generate insights from data, and translate them into meaningful, measurable outcomes.

  • Analyze business performance and large datasets to generate actionable insights
  • Monitor key metrics, report findings, and propose practical improvement plans
  • Build and improve scalable processes and frameworks to support better decision-making
  • Identify trends, risks, and bottlenecks across user, merchant, and category funnels
  • Contribute to experimentation and post-launch evaluations (e.g., A/B testing, cohort analysis)
  • Conduct internal/external research and benchmarking to support strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Category, Ops) on high impact initiatives
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
  • Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to leadership
  • Work with tools like GA4, Looker Studio, dashboards, and (ideally) run SQL queries for data exploration

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Development, Consulting, Growth, or Product Analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you think in frameworks, and recognize patterns others miss
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (GA4, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • A data-driven mindset with strong execution skills
  • Process-oriented, with a strong interest in operational improvement and efficiency
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities
