Strategy and New Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Strategy and New Business Development Executive to be assigned to the scope of duties and responsibilities within our Board Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (Engineering, Management, Statistics, Business Administration preferred)
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Merger & Acquisition, Project Management, and Business Management
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in dealing with a diverse group of people, including various levels of seniority and cultures, with cross-border exposure
  • Must be strategically focused, capable of building strategic frameworks, and using tools to analyze market, ecosystem assessments, and economic forecasts
  • Ability to solve problems and create new business financial models to support opportunities realization
  • Experience in finance, technology, and scale-up organizations is preferred
  • Strong data analysis skills, particularly in making and interpreting meaningful data
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a creative mindset and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with self-motivation to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem solver, curious, innovative, effective communicator, and a strong team player
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Support CEO and Board Members in defining and refining the business strategy and operating framework
  • Identify internal opportunities for process and continuous improvement
  • Support leading strategic and transformational initiatives within the existing client portfolio and for new opportunities, which may include formation/incubation of new businesses and identification/implementation of new strategic partnerships
  • Ensure that strategic projects and policies are followed up and completed in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Define GTM and commercial strategy around new business acquisition and monetization models
  • Envision disruptive strategies – define and manage "concept to cash" and P&L impact
  • Work closely with internal teams to align business development activities with overall company goals
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Support the preparation and evaluation of feasibility studies for new business models
