YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as first point of contact with internal and external customers and all related parties for end to end order to bill topics.
- Set and monitor performance metrics (including customer satisfaction).
- Responsible for country specific invoicing system (E-Invoice portal) and sales reporting to business units.
- Continuously drive and implement process and technology to exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure accurate and fast customer order processing within ERP from all order channels.
- Appropriately communicate with commercial department and supply chain on order status and inform stakeholders if needed on any out-of-stock situations, partial deliveries, cancellations and backorders.
- Perform daily monitoring of orders and resolve possible errors such as incompletions and delivery blocks.
- Monitor that delivery and invoices batch jobs run as expected / without errors and intervene in case of any failures.
- Regularly review and prioritize fulfillment of backorders.
- Ensure constant contact and exchange of order related information with other O2C functions (Collection & Disputes Team, Credit Team, etc.).
- Act as major point of contact for customer claims and returns by registering and resolving them immediately if possible (post registration) or by directing them to the rightful owner for timely resolution.
- Support identification of opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions.
WHO YOU ARE
- University degree in engineering or comparable profession.
- Minimum 3 years job experience.
- Knowledge of end to end O2C process, including customer returns and credit notes.
- Experience in SAP SD module is a must.
- Good communication for customer understanding and relationship management, ability in cross functional collaboration and have strong negotiation skills.
- Problem solving skills and ability to interface with vendor and outsourcing management.
- Experienced at change management and training.
- English is an important asset (German is a plus) and proficiency in MS Office applications.
