About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to sell BSI products and services to new and existing customers, building relationships and driving growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Network with existing customers to sell additional products.
  • Identify new prospects to grow BSI's customer base.
  • Generate new business opportunities through effective call handling and proactive outreach.
  • Maintain accurate sales data in CRM.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails related to training courses.
  • Solve customer problems and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop a strong pipeline and forecast sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous telesales experience or equivalent with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong command of Turkish and English languages.
  • Ability to work towards targets and incentives.
  • Organised and methodical approach.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
