51Talk Headquarters is a leading e-learning provider, dedicated to connecting students with experienced teachers. As a Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving our growth and contributing to the company's mission.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies and targets, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs;
- Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes excellence;
- Design and implement innovative training programs, enhancing team members' sales and customer service skills;
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures that optimize team performance and productivity;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product development and improve user experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher; English proficiency may be required;
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years of telesales team management experience;
- Strong understanding of sales operations, including planning, implementation, and quality control;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Passion for innovation and customer satisfaction;
- Background in education, telesales, or call centers is highly valued.
