Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and execute business strategies and targets, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs;
  2. Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes excellence;
  3. Design and implement innovative training programs, enhancing team members' sales and customer service skills;
  4. Establish and enforce policies and procedures that optimize team performance and productivity;
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product development and improve user experiences.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher; English proficiency may be required;
  2. Minimum 8 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years of telesales team management experience;
  3. Strong understanding of sales operations, including planning, implementation, and quality control;
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  5. Passion for innovation and customer satisfaction;
  6. Background in education, telesales, or call centers is highly valued.
