We seek a highly skilled and dynamic International Sales Development Manager to join our team in Istanbul, Turkey. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing media strategies, optimizing account performance, and collaborating with advertisers to enhance brand visibility and drive successful advertising campaigns.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in strategic planning with sales to grow or generate new business opportunities.
- Act as a consultant for top key accounts, providing expert advice on digital media solutions.
- Deliver campaign management and reporting, ensuring timely and actionable insights to clients and sales.
- Optimize accounts to increase spend and manage projects to success.
- Drive education on products, company updates, and share best practices relevant to client or agency business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for client partners.
- Maximize ROI for brand campaigns through optimization and up-sell recommendations supported by client-facing reports.
- Organize and manage account information, assets & data, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of pending and active campaign plans, assisting to maintain campaign schedule and availability of ad placements.
About You:
- You have 2+ years of experience in similar sales roles, especially within ad-tech, performance agencies, and mobile advertising companies.
- You possess a relevant and active network within the digital media industry.
- You can find growth opportunities within your accounts by adding value.
- You have a strong understanding of key digital performance metrics and principles.
- You have experience working with clients from various verticals.
- You can perform autonomously and manage relationships with clients.
- You are compliant with working within revenue targets and ensuring client satisfaction.
- You have excellent communication skills in English.
